We’re working on a new “Quick Help” tool inside the main Help menu. This comprehensive step-by-step guide delivers a sequence of interactive tips and tutorials to help users navigate through the platform quickly and effectively. There is a ‘Help’ tab that includes direct links to support-related topics and how-to articles, and there’s also a ‘Getting Started’ tab that offers quick guided tours of our most popular account setup features.
This feature will be available to users after April 17, 2017. To launch Quick Help from the CTM application, just go to the main navigation top menu > Help > Quick Help.
Remember to check the ‘Quick Help’ menu regularly as product updates, new tutorials, and support resources are continually being added.
