CallTrackingMetrics billing for minutes and phone numbers has always been pay-as-you-go. If you use it, you pay for it. While this method is simple and straightforward, we wanted to offer and easy discount option for customers who use a large number of minutes per month. We are excited to announce that we offer pre-paid package deals for minutes.

The way our package deals work is that you will pre-pay for a certain number of minutes at a discounted rate. If you go over the number of minutes that you have purchased for the package, you will be charged the normal per-minute rate for your regular plan. We are currently offering packages for both local and toll-free phone numbers. This way, you can choose the pre-paid plan for the kind of minutes you use the most.

On the packages page,that you can get to from going to Settings >> Billing Settings then the BUY Package button , you can see what kind of package you have, your monthly renewal date, minutes used, minutes remaining, the name of the person who purchased the package, and an option to stop renewal for the package. The stop renewal can be used if you are no longer using as many minutes and you decide that going back to our regular billing would make more sense for you.

The monthly minutes packages start at 10,000 minutes per month and go up to 500,000 minutes per month. If you are a Agency or an Enterprise customer, the minutes can be used across all of your sub-accounts, as long as those sub-accounts are on agency shared billing. Because the minutes are purchased at a discounted rate, they are non-refundable and do not roll over if they are not used up during the month.
